When not lost in stacks of books or weaving her imagination into her stories, this writer can always be found sipping tea with her dog cleverly avoiding her affection. Luckily, her cat, Oreo, makes up for it by smothering her with love and fur.

MariCruz Aguilar-Gallup

From a young age, she found a home in the library, and it was clear that becoming a writer was her calling. When she’s not reading or writing, she enjoys diving into new art projects or exploring the beauty of nature.

This is a future 7th grade English Teacher and published Author. She is a Sagittarius who is hardworking, stubborn, and sometimes distracted. Her reading obsession sometimes helps with her procrastination habit. It is clear that who she is an open book and bluntly honest to a fault.

Most days I feel lke the mad hatter. I wear lots of hats: wife, mother, sixth grade teacher, and student. I am a total lover of books  and all different genres. When I am not wearing all the hats, I also enjoy crocheting, knitting and spending time with my family.
